The Yonex Astrox 100 Tour sits at the middle tier of the Astrox 100 family – between the more affordable Game and the Japan-made Pro. It's aimed at players already competing at club or tournament level who are looking for maximum smash power without investing the full Pro price. Made in Taiwan, with a technology package that far exceeds what you'd normally expect for €149.

The heart of the Astrox 100 Tour is the Hyper Slim Shaft – the thinnest shaft Yonex has ever produced. It's traditionally hollow inside and uses graphite at its core to increase air permeability by 11.8% – reducing air resistance during the swing to a minimum and making the racket noticeably faster than conventional models. The Namd material bonds nanomaterials directly to the graphite fibres rather than mixing them in resin – the result is exceptional snapback power for steeper and faster attacking shots. Nanomesh Neo in the frame makes the frame simultaneously more stable and flexible for maximum energy transfer. The Aero+Box Frame combines aerodynamic efficiency with a stable hitting feel. The Rotational Generator System distributes weight according to the counterbalance theory across the grip end, top of the frame and T-joint for smooth transitions and fast shot preparation. Energy Boost Cap Plus increases energy transfer and prevents unwanted shaft movement. The Astrox 100 Tour arrives factory strung with Yonex BG-3 and comes with a full-size cover included.
