Yonex Arcsaber 73 Light – ultra-light, flexible and easy to control

At approximately 78 g unstrung in the 5U weight class, the Yonex Arcsaber 73 Light 5U/G4 is an exceptionally light badminton racket. Its even balance and flexible Hi-Flex shaft make it particularly suitable for beginners, recreational players and developing intermediate players looking for an accessible racket for controlled all-round play.

Limited availability in Germany

The Yonex Arcsaber 73 Light is not part of Yonex's regular German catalogue and is only available in limited quantities on the German market. Racket World offers this particularly lightweight Arcsaber in Dark Blue and Leaf Green.

Does the Arcsaber 73 Light suit your game?

A good match for: beginners, recreational players and developing players looking for a very light and easy-to-manoeuvre racket. The 5U weight, even balance and Hi-Flex shaft support quick reactions, controlled clears, drives, defence and net play.

Less suitable if: you want a particularly stiff and direct competition racket or more swing mass for maximum rear-court power. More performance-oriented Arcsaber models are better suited to those requirements.

Lightweight Arcsaber setup for control and handling

5U – approx. 78 g: The low weight makes the racket easy to manoeuvre and reduces the effort required for quick directional changes.

Hi-Flex shaft: The flexible shaft supports acceleration for players whose swing technique is still developing and requires less active shaft loading than a stiff competition racket.

AERO+BOX Frame: The frame combines aerodynamic and more stable profile sections to balance fast handling with a controlled response.

ISOMETRIC and Built-in T-Joint: The isometric head shape supports a larger effective hitting area, while the integrated T-joint connects frame and shaft in a stable construction.

An exceptionally light member of the Arcsaber family

The Arcsaber 73 Light is an independent lightweight Arcsaber rather than a Pro, Tour, Game or Play version. Its combination of 5U weight, flexible shaft and even balance is particularly attractive to players who value control and easy handling over maximum hitting weight.
