Yonex ASTROX 88D TOUR Details

This model is technically almost comparable to the Astrox 88 D Pro. The main difference is that the Pro version is completely produced in Japan, where the quality standards are highest and the production tolerances are lowest. Nevertheless, the Astrox 88 D Tour is a great racket that can also impress good club players!

A significant development concerns the new "Volume Cut Resine", an extremely high-performance and lightweight resin. The sweet spot (optimal hitting area) has been enlarged by rearranging various grommets. In addition, the grommets in the middle hitting area have become slightly larger, which allows for an improved trampoline effect.

As with other Yonex badminton rackets of the Astrox series, the proven "Rotational Generator System" is used, which finely adjusts the racket through highly skilled weight distribution in the head and grip.

The Astrox 88 D Tour has been primarily developed for aggressive doubles play from the backcourt. The potential power development is enormous!

The Yonex factory delivers the racket as standard with a Yonex BG3 string and a string tension of approximately 10kg.
