Due to rapidly rising prices for natural feather shuttlecocks, Victor has been actively working on developing alternatives in recent years. The New Carbonsonic NCS is now a highly recommended alternative, which is also 100% vegan.

How is the badminton shuttlecock classified?

In particular, simpler natural feather shuttlecocks often break quickly and are still quite costly. Here, the Victor New Carbonsonic NCS is an excellent alternative. The flight characteristics are more consistent, and the durability is better.

Materials

The feathers are made of foam. The frame is made of composite carbon fiber, and the cork is also made from a composite material.

Gute Alternative zum Naturfederball, aber sehr schnell
Eine Sehr gute Verarbeitung, hat im Hobbybereich einen ganzen Abend gehalten.
Mit der Ligamannschaft ca. 2-3 Sätze, was gegenüber einem Naturfederball wesentlich besser ist.
Der Ball ist in der 77er Geschwindigkeit aber sehr schnell (in einer Halle mit ca. 20 Grad Temperatur im Juni)
Entgegen einem Naturfederball lässt sich dieser Ball nicht verlangsamen.
Die Flugeigenschaften sind ok, kommen nicht an einen Naturfederball ran.
Eine definitive Alternative im Hobbybereich, aber keine im Ligaspiel, daher 4 Sterne
