Which net width should you choose?
A traditional full-width badminton net measures approximately 6.02 m. This size is intended for regulation courts with existing badminton posts.
Portable leisure nets are often around 3 to 3.5 m wide and are therefore easier to transport. Systems around 6 m wide provide more playing space for larger groups and school activities.
What is the correct badminton net height?
On a regulation badminton court, the net height at the post is 1.55 m. Portable systems often reach approximately the same height at their maximum setting.
Lower settings are useful for children, beginners, mini-tennis and other recreational games.
