Babolat X-Feel Rise – a flexible badminton racket for beginners and recreational play

Starting badminton, returning after a break or looking for a straightforward racket for your recreational sessions? The Babolat X-Feel Rise is a good choice for beginners, returning players and recreational players. Its even balance and flexible shaft suit a varied game without committing you exclusively to attack or defence. The Shot Optimizer with a 360 cm² head complements the carbon construction with a racket head designed for forgiveness. The X-Feel Rise is supplied factory strung and ready to play.

Does the X-Feel Rise suit your game?

A suitable choice for: beginners learning their first basic shots, returning players and recreational players looking for an accessible all-round racket. The Rise is particularly interesting if you prefer a flexible shaft without choosing a distinctly head-heavy or head-light setup. Whether you play occasionally with friends or enjoy regular recreational sessions, straightforward handling and versatility are the priorities.

Less suitable if: you specifically want a very stiff, direct racket for performance-focused competition or a distinctly head-heavy or head-light balance. The X-Feel Rise is primarily a beginner and recreational racket with a flexible all-round setup.

What makes the Babolat X-Feel Rise stand out

Even-balanced and flexible: The even balance is paired with a flexible shaft setup. This makes the Rise an option to compare when you want to discover badminton, develop your basic shots or simply enjoy a varied game. A particularly stiff hitting feel is not the focus of this model.

Shot Optimizer with a 360 cm² head: The specially shaped frame increases the hitting area and is designed for a larger sweetspot. This supports greater forgiveness when contact is made outside the ideal hitting zone, a useful feature while you are working towards a more consistent contact point.

Carbon construction with a wooden handle: Carbon forms the racket's material basis. A traditional wooden handle, a T Joint connection and a string pattern with 20 main strings and 21 cross strings complete the construction. The racket comes in white and red.

Prefer a different string or tension? With our individual badminton stringing service, we replace the factory stringing with your preferred setup for an additional charge.

How to order: Select the string and tension on the service page, add the service to your basket together with the racket and enter “Stringing for the newly ordered Babolat X-Feel Rise” in the order comments.

Cover with custom stringing: When you order the racket together with an additional individual professional stringing service, you can request a free cover. Enter “Free cover” in the order comments. The cover is not added automatically.

Recommended string tension: 8–12 kg

This is the recommended stringing range for the X-Feel Rise. It does not indicate the actual tension of the existing factory stringing. For restringing, we help you choose a string and tension that suit your technique and preferred hitting feel.
